Below you will find diagrams for each size tent we carry and how the layout of the tables and chairs will work. Click on the amount of people you expect to see the correct diagram.
Remember: When making and planning your guest list, children very rarely sit in thier seats and if you are hosting a buffet style party, most guests will not be eating at the same time. You may not necessarily need the same amount of chairs as guests.

“How do I measure my property for the correct tent size?”
If you plan to use a pole tent, it needs to be staked into the ground all around your party area. We need at least 3 feet on all sides of the tents for stakes and ropes. For example, a 20x20 pole tent needs an area of at least 26 feet x 26 feet. If you do not have a grassy area for our pole tents, we can offer you a frame tent.
A frame tent is a free standing structure that does not need to be secured with stakes. These tents are ideal for placing over a patio, deck, driveway, around the pool or even against the house to add an extra room to your house for those winter parties or holiday gatherings. Of course, you may choose to have a frame tent placed over a grassy area as well.
“How do I decorate tents for a party?”
See our Party Decor page for tablecloth colors, balloon choices and other items to make your party complete.
“What are sidewalls and when do I really need them?”
Sidewalls are attachments along the sides of the tent used to enclose the tent area, protect against the elements and are clear to allow the natural light in. We even carry sidewalls with "cathedral" type windows for a little more privacy and style.
Sidewalls are also used to enclose a tent for accomodation with a heater, allowing you to host parties in the coldest of temperatures!.
Unless your party calls for it, sidewalls are generally used to block the wind, heavy rain and wind driven rain.
