Below you will find diagrams for each size tent we carry and how the layout of the tables and chairs will work. Click on the amount of people you expect to see the correct diagram.
Remember: When making and planning your guest list, children very rarely sit in thier seats and if you are hosting a buffet style party, most guests will not be eating at the same time. You may not necessarily need the same amount of chairs as guests.

Engineered Tents
Engineered frame tents are the most stable tents made. They can withstand sustained winds of up to 70mph and gusts up to 90mph. They also can withstand a much larger snow and ice load than any other type of tent.

Kids Table and Chairs

These chairs have some minor visual appeal and they certainly are comfortable. Just a bit more seating room than the average steel folding chair and a little more recline to the seat back.
Kids Table and Chair Set – These sets are perfect for children 5 and under. Since kids rarely sit through an entire party, this is a great addition to any party package.Cocktail Tables

These tables are 30″ Round and 36″ High. Great to put around your party area to create a social gathering place, put next to a bar (see our portable bars), or for a Coctail Type Party for drinks and h’orderves to rest. Add a Linen for covering to complete the look. |
Umbrella Table
| Round Table with Hunter Green Umbrella and Stand. Umbrella tables are also available and are great for multi-level parties, decks, pool side etc. They are round and hold 10 people as well. |
